The Institute of Public Law Studies and The Norwegian Center for Human Rights organize an Intensive Workshop on Human Rights. The Workshop is intended to enable qualified students and lawyers, to deepen their knowledge in the area of Human Rights.
The workshop consists of seminars given by prominent scholars and professors from University of Oslo and Tehran University, Shahid Beheshti University and Allameh Tabatabai University.
The workshop will be held at University of Tehran, School of Law and Political Sciences and Shahid Beheshti University, School of Law , from 12th November (21st Aban) to 14th November (24th Aban) 2018 (1397), 9 A.M. – ۵ P.M. . Second day will be held at Shahid Beheshti University.
The workshop will be conducted in English. All applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English. A short Interview will be conducted to evaluate the applicants’ ability to speak and comprehend English lectures.
The workshop will accommodate up to ۲۰ participants.
To qualify for the workshop, candidates must have legal background and be PhD or Master’s students preferably in Law and International Relations.
The admission decisions are made based on equal gender opportunity.

Scholarships will be available to waive the tuition of the workshop and provide Lunch and coffee breaks for the participants during the course.
Certificates are awarded only to those participants who have completed the Workshop in its entirety.
No absence is acceptable during the workshop. High level of participation is demanded from those who have been admitted to the workshop.
Admitted applicants must sign a pledge form confirmed and signed by their Universities’ Academic Affairs Office or their professors which indicates that they are allowed to take three days off from classes or workplace to attend the workshop.
